Winston Jarrett
Managing Attorney
Winston is an experienced attorney with a strong foundation in immigration law, probate law, intellectual property, civil litigation, and contentious proceedings. He is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law and Norman Manley Law School. During law school, he participated in the Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C., and served as the Public Law speaker for the American-Caribbean Legal Initiative Legal Aid Clinic in the Cayman Islands.
In his professional career, he has built a solid track record in transactional law, immigration law, family law, and probate matters. As an associate attorney at DunnCox, Attorneys-at-Law, Winston handled a wide range of legal issues, from estate administration to contested wills and trust disputes. His most recent experience over the past year has focused on civil litigation and contentious proceedings, honing his skills in resolving complex disputes.
He has been admitted to practice in Texas, where he continues to offer his expertise in probate and estate matters, immigration law, and intellectual property law—providing clients with guidance through immigration petitions, probate and trust administration, as well as intellectual property legal advice.
